In case you missed our last meeting, here's what you need to know! Our next meeting is October 17th for HOMECOMING PLANNING. We usually meet the first Thursday of every month after school in L9. Remember Class Council looks fabulous on college transcripts!
We are going to have the best time this year! This is just a taste of all the fun things we have planned.
HOMECOMING!!:
- Everyone picked groups to make decorations for!
- Decorations due in L1 by the FRIDAY BEFORE HOMECOMING
- Homecoming Decorating is OCTOBER 23rd!
- We want to kick the seniors’ (and sophomores’) butts, so everything must be PERFECT!!
Spirit Wear:
-Check out the brilliant new designs on the Facebook page! Thanks Liz!
-Spirit wear order forms are due Wednesday, October 16th in L1 or B3.
- Information and new forms will be posted on our class bulletin board outside of the gym!
Prom:
- Contact Peter, Gabby, or Kaitlyn to sign up for Prom Committee.
- Date and venue are already booked, but we need theme and decorating ideas!
Trips:
- Need between 16-18 people to make trip happen!
- Information will be posted on class bulletin board outside of the gym
- Spring Break 2015:
- European Quartet: London, Paris, Brussels, Amsterdam
- Summer 2015:
- Greece, Italy, and Cruise!

Applebee’s:
- Big fundraiser this year!!
- Everyone in club (including board members and advisors) must sell at least 7 tickets
- If someone buys a ticket and does not come, we get full $10
- If someone buys a ticket and does come, we get $7
- November 24th - mark your calendars
- Must be at least 16 to serve food, but those aren’t can still help out! (sell tickets, seat and help people, etc.)
Bagel/Bake Sales:
- Every first Wednesday and Thursday of every month for this entire year!
- Need members to bake delicious goods
- Need members to come early and stay after to sell
- We need to make lots of $$$ to help fundraise for homecoming and prom!
- This will count as an activity for a member (See New Member/Club Requirements)
New Members/Club Requirements:
- Everyone MUST Pay to Play to be a part of the club and for it to go on the transcript!
- Each member must do a MINIMUM of 3 activities to get credit for the club (An activity could be a bake sale, prom decorating, homecoming decorating, participation in fundraisers)
-Be sure to sign in with Sreya, Rachel, or Gabby at every event you work in order to get credit for that event!

-See your Financial Services letter you recieved at the beginning of the year for your login info. See the Main Office with any issues.
